REFUND POLICY
At my online store, customer satisfaction is a priority. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. I offer full refunds or exchanges on items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Unfortunately, personalized or custom artworks are not eligible for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please ensure that returned items are securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
